Yarrow is a blessing for the home, protection, a healing of the heart, a knitting together. This is a pate de verre cast taken from a plaster mold on which I drew this yarrow image. Pate de verre is powdered glass (in this case white) sifted over a mold and kiln-fused. The botanical glass print is ethereal, it gives a sense of memory and nostalgia and of a moment in time. The glass print is mounted on a found composite slab with a bit of spring, mica, and copper wire.
