SHIPPING COSTS/ INSURANCE

If the cost of sending your package ends up being less than the estimated cost you pay for, I will refund you. All work is insured during transit.

REQUESTING A SHIPPING QUOTE

I offer shipping worldwide. If you live outside of the contiguous United States and/or are combining several items and want an exact shipping quote (instead of an estimate and potential refund) please

email caitlin@caitlinwaugh.com for a quote. 

Include:

• What you would like to purchase
• Your full mailing address
• phone number (it’s required for some postal carriers) 

I typically ship through USPS and UPS. If you prefer one of these carriers over the other, prefer a different carrier, or want to require a signature upon receipt, please let me know. 

*Note, for larger works, we may arrange delivery through our network of trusted art handlers. 

RECYCLED SHIPPING MATERIALS

I reuse shipping material whenever possible. Please keep reusing any material you can when my packages get to you!
