Egret, and all herons, reminds us to ground ourselves with the earth and our spiritual practices. Through this grounding we access emotional insight more clearly and quickly.

We can attain peace and security without obvious structures and patterns. Egret carries peace, stability, harmony, and good-luck. Egret demonstrates grace, tact and directness. Egret feathers are used in healing ceremonies to take away negative energy and anger, and to bring peace and harmony to a situation.
